Please make sure to meet the following requirements:
Clean Images: AFFR adheres to its distinct house style for communication. While film posters can be submitted as additional content, ensure that at least 3 images are devoid of any text, logo's or any other form of layout.
Copyright: Please note that by submitting your images to AFFR, you grant us full use for PR purposes - both in print and online, including our social media channels. Please make sure that you hold the rights to all submitted images and every part thereof, as AFFR does not accept any legal responsibility for potential copyright infringements in third part materials.
Credits: By submitting your images to AFFR, we assume that the images provided are free for use for the marketing and communication purposes of AFFR. If credits belong to an external party, please ensure that all images are appropriately credited in each filename.
Consent: By submission, you consent to AFFR for the use and possible slight alteration of the image to fit social media and printed media outlets within the house style of AFFR. AFFR is also permitted to archive the submitted materials for future use and reference.
Submission: If you're requested to deliver images personally, please use WeTransfer or a similar application to transfer the images to us, ensuring their quality is maintained.

We ask you to send us a screener first. The screener is a copy of the film we will be using during the selection process. The most practical way is to have a screener online (password protected or not, both are allowed), but you can also send us a dvd by traditional mail.
When your film is selected for the festival we will ask you to send us a master. The master is the copy we will use for projecting your film on the big screen.
